Edelman Research Associate interview questions

Process went pretty quick at first. Had the initial phone call with HR where they explained the process. Had an interview with a team member that I would work directly with day-to-day. After I received a writing assessment and had to turn it in. Then had interview with Director. After this interview there was radio silence for about a month.
