We’re happy to hear that our recruiting team treated you well, and certainly do hope our recruiters are always nice. We work hard to have a thorough interview process which allows the team (all levels versus just potential managers) and potential candidate to have a chance to meet one another, since we understand how important it is for both sides to feel like they know who they may be working for and with. This can make for a longer interview day. Some of the more junior members of the team are newer to interviewing, but we hope as they continue to learn, grow and develop, all will appear just as thoughtful given we know it can be difficult to discern between an interviewer’s own nervous discomfort and unprepared boredom.
