The interview process began with an email request for a phone interview and ended with the second question of the interview. The first question was is this office location acceptable to you. The second question stated it was mandatory for all my accounts and my spouse's accounts to be transferred to Edward Jones. I certainly must have misunderstood what she was requesting, so I asked her to repeat the question, and she said exactly the same thing. It is mandatory for you and your spouse to have all of your accounts, except an employer 401k, transferred to Edward Jones. I certainly can't answer for my spouse. I ended the interview.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
