Started with online application and got an email for some personal testing and other pre qualifying question. Than was reach by a recruiter and gone thru a brief introduction and job over view. Had another phone interview that lasted about hour to hour and half. Than have another interview with the regional director for another hour or so. Got calls from other advisor in the area to help with interview process and help with business plan that you have to put together and go over for the final interview. During the process you are getting your background checks and everything out of the way as well. Was reach out about 5 days later and offer a position the whole process from start to finish was about a month or so.
