Interview
There were a couple phone interviews which led up to 2 final in-person interviews. The first for me was informal where I met with my potential mentor and we chatted for about an hour about the company, its philosophy, and what I can really expect from working as a financial adviser and what the training process would be. The final interview was an in-person interview with another adviser who had been with the company for a while and was in charge for general district recruiting and interviewing. We chatted for an hour, lengthy interview questions of moderate difficulty. Detail was key.

Interview
The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
