it is called an on-demand interview where people can use their laptop to join the interview. Candidate's answers will be recorded for reviewing. It won't take very long and is generally a good experience.

Question 1
Introduction. How have you helped streamline processes in your current role. About a difficult experience.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.
