I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Toledo, OH) in Jan 2015
Interview
There were two phone interviews before going through a background check and drug screening. Both were covered by the company which was nice. The questions were typical entry level questions. They wanted you to touch on sales experiences that you had during college. All of the interviews are done over the phone with their home office in St. Louis
