The whole process is given to you on their website and keep in mind that every person you talk to is taking notes about you and the way you communicate... After I applied online, I recieved a call to set-up a informal phone interview a few days later. This first "interview" was more of them describing the company and training and job in detail and gave me an opportunity to ask anything I wanted as well. Then he set up a formal phone interview for 8-9 days later where they asked me the normal stuff like work history and education but the big part of this interview is the behavioral questions. Stuff like "Tell me about a time where you went above and beyond to help a customer." or "Tell me about a time when someone made you angry." Then, they called me back for a one on one "final" interview which from what I understand if you get to this point the job is pretty much yours unless they find out something they couldn't see over the phone like your a slob or constantly pick your nose or something. Then a few days later they call and offer you a position if you got the job.
