      Interview

I had one of the worst candidate experiences with them. Interview was supposed to be a Recruiter, Manager, and then Director Interview. Recruiter called me via Whatsapp as he was in a hurry then explained whats next and they will arrange the following steps after the year end holidays. But they ghosted me since then, no reply & no explanation about the situation at all, and totally ignored my msgs.

      Interview

During the interview process, I got to meet with around 6 people + a business leader in group interviews. Meeting this many people gave me a good feel for what the culture was like there. I appreciated that there were only 3 interviews rather than a crazy number of rounds.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts in Feb 2022

      Interview

I applied to the position in late January and heard back from a recruiter about 2 weeks later and set up a phone conversation that week. The phone interview was short, but felt super rushed. The recruiter ran late to the call. They sounded like they were in a car and were in a hurry. I believe I was the last person being interviewed and the final list of candidates was due that day. I didn't feel great about that. We went over my experience, some of the projects I had worked and general Q&A about the role and myself. Said I would hear back by the end of the week. When I followed up a few weeks later, I got an undeliverable message from EA. That was lovely. Not only did the recruiter not get back to me, but they were no longer with the company. Clearly, I was forgotten. Far too many companies treat candidates very disrespectfully. This is seemingly par for the course. If you are choosing to not move forward with a candidate, please let them know. A simple Thank You message goes a long way,
