Elevance Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online, received an email within days, did an online survey about being able to take phone calls and situational questions, received a call for an interview a few days later, interviewed the next week, went over 5 situational interview questions with a manager and a supervisor, received an email from recruiter with an offer within 2 weeks. The start date was given for training and I went in at the given time frame and then started training. Training last about 6 weeks.

First filled out an application, next completed an online assessment and last received a call for an interview over the phone. Once passed the phone interview was brought in for an inperson interview. The hiring managers are the best they make you feel very comfortable and relaxed.. like you are talking to a friend. I suggest you go in with an open mind and just be relaxed and be prepared to answer question regarding your resume.
