Elevate interview questions

Phone interview, two online assessment tests for Word and Excel (passed easily), a writing assessment test, and then an in-person interview at Tempe location. I applied and got an email from the HR talent acquisition specialist about a week later to schedule a phone call for the next day. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate. The phone interviewer seemed not to really be interested in asking specific questions about the job and did not know much about the position when I asked. She scheduled an in person meeting at the Tempe location with who would be my boss. After the interview concluded, I was told I would move on to the next process of the interview process and to wait for an immediate correspondence from the HR talent acquisition specialist. I sent a thank you email with no response. Then I called the HR rep and her voicemail was full. I called a few days later, and her voicemail was still full. Very disappointing experience.

Two interviews by video - first with HR and then with hiring manager. I was asked to submit a mini-marketing campaign. I took extensive notes regarding a challenging situation presented by the hiring manager that struck me as a red flag. My marketing plan addressed that as an initial step and covered other areas mentioned by the hiring manager. I waited more than a week for any kind of follow up,despite almost immediate confirmation of receipt when I first sent the plan, and was finally contacted by a second HR person with whom I had not spoken and told that my plan didn't align with the hiring manager's vision.
