Emerson Engineer interview questions

Multiple interviews that took a longer time than usual and the hiring manager didn't seem in tune with the role. The HR staff didn't know what they were hiring for and couldn't answer questions.

The hiring specialist was incompetent. She called me for an interview and promptly told me she had no idea what the job was for or what the requirements were. She said she'd call me back with more information. I emailed a week later and she told me she still didn't know what the job was for, and that she had a meeting with a manager to find out. Another week later, I emailed her and she told me the position had been filled. About a month later, the same position shows up again. I email her, and get no response. Totally unprofessional hiring staff.
