Empower Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

I was contacted by a staffing agency. They explained the job duties. They did not tell me they salary. They said they were in dire need of immediate hired employees. I was asked to fill out a bunch of forms and consent ...blah blah all that junk. They had to do a background check. I had not heard back from them by Sunday which they said consider I didn't get the job. Then, they called Monday night and said they wanted me to start the next day due to a need to fill more positions. I agreed. Overall, the interview was pretty textbook. 'What are your skills?? Tell me about a situation when....'Stuff like that. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just be confident and have a pleasant demeanor and phone voice.
