Empower Human Resources interview questions

I initially spoke with a talent advisor in April. Heard nothing further. In July, was contacted for an interview with 2 possible hiring managers. I had 2 separate interviews in July, and then was moved forward to talk with 2 peers in early August and the CHRO mid-August. After that, communication came to a halt. I sent a couple of follow up messages to the recruiter and the hiring managers and didn’t hear a peep. It’s always shocking to me when HR people ghost anyone, let alone someone in their own profession. I decided to send one more email to the recruiter and got a reply that I’m no longer being considered, 4 weeks after my last interview. I assumed that was the case, but the courtesy of timely communication would have been appreciated.
