Personable interview process designed to be comfortable and effective. Interviewer wants to know what kind of person you are and what kind of experience you have. Company is therapist owned and it shows.

It was all completed via Zoom. Very laid back and comfortable. The director answered all of the questions I had, and did a great job explaining the role of the job.
