During a recent Wellness 1:1 between Alyssa and one of her residents, what started as a casual conversation about favorite foods turned into a moment of genuine connection and care. As they talked about family traditions and the comfort foods tied to them, the resident shared a “bucket list” of dishes she had always wanted to try. The next morning, Alyssa showed up with the foods they had talked about! The look on the resident’s face said everything. What could have been an ordinary day became a joyful experience filled with laughter, memories, and the feeling of being truly seen....Show more
