We’re disappointed that you had a poor experience with onboarding and training. We have created a robust orientation that encompasses live calls with our clinical and HR support teams, online learning curriculum, as well as in-person activities to ensure our new hires are comfortable and confident in their new role. We’re listening to learn and appreciate your feedback.
On the topic of billing practices, however, we want to be very clear: accurate billing is non-negotiable. When concerns like this are raised, we investigate them thoroughly and address them directly.
