Empyrean Benefit Solutions interview questions

Interviewed with 4 people, separately. 2.5 hours total. 2 of the interviewers made references to the issues of the employee that previously held the job. Not sure if that’s why such extensive interviewing.

During the phone screen, they told me that I have to pass three assessments before being considered for a formal interview. This wasn't a bother for me as I was used to assessments. The problem laid in the last assessment, which was by all definitions an "IQ Test." For anyone who isn't neurotypical, STAY AWAY! This is an easy way to filter out candidates based on an outdated test of intelligence.
