I applied through online, college career center. They caught me up very quick, like right after I applied. A few days later, they emailed me to schedule a phone interview. It was very comfortable, and good conversation. In the end she asked me if I have any questions for them, so I asked about the how the atmosphere in the company, people, and the compensation.

Found the position on LinkedIn and was contacted by a Recruiter about a day or two later. Very nice and informative. For some reason every time the Recruiter called for the phone screening, the call wouldn't go through. Most recruiters would move on, but this particular one was very gracious and allowed me to reschedule twice. The phone screening was standard and consisted of questions regarding my background and experience. Since they were looking to fill the position ASAP they wanted to know how soon I could start and since I was an out of state applicant they were more than willing to accommodate a trip to Chicago for an onsite interview. The Hiring Manger/Marketing Manager felt that my skills wouldn't translate into a good fit for the position; however, I was impressed with the interview process and the patience of the recruiter :)

I initially learned of this position through extensive networking. My resume was passed along to HR by a current employee. HR called with for an initial screening interview about a week later. This 45 minute interview consisted of mostly basic background questions and why Enova? About a week later I was called by one of the managers who conducted another 45 minute phone interview consisting of mostly the same questions as well as a case study question. A week or so after that I was scheduled for an in-person interview with an analyst and a manager that I would be working with. They asked questions about my resume and how my past experiences would transfer into this position. After an hour with each of them they brought in two more managers individually who spoke with me for about 45 minutes apiece. With each interviewer I was asked at least one case study question.
