Recruitment Fraud Alert:

Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam involving the offering of fake job opportunities to job seekers. Fraudsters often request recipients to provide personal or sensitive financial information, make payments as part of their fraudulent recruiting process, purchase equipment or arrange travel for face-to-face interviews with a certain travel agency. They may send false employment offers or recruiting materials posing as a recruiter or representative for Enova International, Inc. or one of its subsidiaries ("Enova"), using our company logo or job description from networking pages.

How to identify recruitment fraud?

Examples of warning signs of recruitment fraud include:
-Links or sites that do not lead back to Enova's official careers page (enova.com/careers) or applicant tracking system (boards.greenhouse.io/enova).
-Any contact by an email that does not use Enova's email domain (example@enova.com).
-Any offer of employment that is unsolicited and/or does not involve a face-to-face or virtual interview.
-Requests to purchase travel or equipment, provide bank, credit card, or financial information, or make a financial commitment. Enova does not collect any financial commitment or contribution from candidates as a pre-employment requirement or at any stage of the recruitment process.
-Requests for payment of a fee to process a job application.

If you receive any offers or contacts that you suspect are fraudulent, please reach out to us at contact@enova.com with the subject "Recruitment Fraud." We encourage you to report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov and your local law enforcement.
