Applied online and was asked to do a screen. Afterwards, was sent an at-home case exercise which I had 45 minutes to complete before reviewing live with the hiring manager as part of the interview.
I was then brought in for an onsite interview in which I met 4 employees from different practices. The interviews covered behavioral, cultural, and technical fit. The interviews lasted around 1.5 hours in total.
