I got this interview through Office Team employment agency. They called me on Friday with the job and I interviewed the following Monday, so it was very quick. The interview only lasted for about 15 minutes. They asked me five questions I believe and they were all very unconventional, personal questions. I answered professionally and honestly, but then was told by the agency that I didn't get the job because I told personal stories. If they don't want personal stories, they shouldn't ask personal questions. They also put a very strong emphasis on being a Christian company, so I felt that perhaps being a bisexual atheist, if they looked me up online or something, that might be why I didn't get the job. At the time, I thought it went well however. After the 15 minutes, I sat with someone to watch them process for about 20 minutes. That was a cool experience because it showed me what I would be doing if I got the job. And it looks super easy.
