Phone interview. Then an in person interview with the Regional Director. Offered the position. The offer was rescinded because I made a small counter offer. It took over two weeks to for them to let me know it was rescinded. Unprofessional.

Interview
Envoy Recruiting will call you on the phone asking if you are available to do a 3 question phone interview. It lasts about 30 minutes. If you pass that, you are sent an email with a questionnaire that takes about 45 minutes to complete. It asks only about 25 different questions, but asks each in 4 different ways. They are looking for consistency. If you are successful, they will fly you for an interview with the Regional Managing Director.
