I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Envoy Air (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
I apply in Aug 2015.
I didn't get a be patience response until Oct and then a interview request until Nov. They fly you out to Dallas,Tx for the interview. when you get there you look over your application to make sure it is correct. Then you get an overview of the company. The next step is a group interview and then the face to face. Group interview details are three candidates sit at a table with one recruiter who ask all three the same questions and each candidates respond. Then they give you a break and call each candidate for a face to face where they ask more questions it is not a lot of behavioral questions. The Face to Face is only one recruiter who ask a few more questions this is where they decide if you move on to the next step which is per-employment/ Job Offer. If you get the job they do your fingerprint and then you fill out some paper work. It was very easy and relax.

I applied online then got a video interview after that I got an invitation for the interview after that got the group interview as the interviewer knew my back ground she walked me out and another lady lied to me about they will let me know about yes or no but they knew if I make it they should give me the offer on the spot but because they are Lier they did not tell me the truth my advice do not apply with this airlines unless if you are Hispanic or American they are raciest

Interview
Fairly easy process, there's a large presentation where they present all of the info you'll need, training will be scheduled for the next month from the interview, then they will have a group interview with about 5-6 people and you'll each be asked about 2-3 very generic questions about customer service experiences, values or company knowledge you'll all be sent back in the main room and they will start calling people to "commute" back where they came from (basically means you did not make it) after everyone has been interviewed whoever remains will be offered a CJO, you will be fingerprinted and drug tested on the spot, the hiring manager told everyone if you don't think you will pass bow out and reapply when you are clean, if you wait until they take you to test and refuse it will still count as a positive and you cannot apply to any airline at all. Good luck <3
