      Flight Attendant Interview

      Jan 13, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Irving, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Envoy Air (Irving, TX)

      Interview

I applied online in July, I was emailed by the airline in October for an interview on November 16th in DFW. Airfare was provided to DFW and back at no cost what so ever, I arrived at the airline headquarters which is in a brand new beautiful building in Irving, TX. They were previously at the AA headquarters in Fort Worth. Anyway, recruiters gathered us into a room to do a passport and high school diploma check. We were then taken into a conference room and read the requirements and qualifications for the job, an overview of training, and what to expect if given a CJO (Conditional Job Offer). We were then split into groups of 3-5 and asked very deep but basic personality questions. Once this was over, we were instructed to go to the cafeteria until selected to do a face to face interview. I was one selected, and the questions that were asked were mostly safety and situational questions. If you passed this, you were taken back to the conference room to be congratulated and to fill out a Flight Attendant Briefing sheet, fill out paper work for taxes, background check consent, and you were then sent to another room to be fingerprinted and then once that was complete, they called us all a cab free of charge and we were sent back to DFW and booked on the earliest return flight back to our hometown.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Envoy Air (Irving, TX) in Feb 2026

      Interview

Fairly easy process, there's a large presentation where they present all of the info you'll need, training will be scheduled for the next month from the interview, then they will have a group interview with about 5-6 people and you'll each be asked about 2-3 very generic questions about customer service experiences, values or company knowledge you'll all be sent back in the main room and they will start calling people to "commute" back where they came from (basically means you did not make it) after everyone has been interviewed whoever remains will be offered a CJO, you will be fingerprinted and drug tested on the spot, the hiring manager told everyone if you don't think you will pass bow out and reapply when you are clean, if you wait until they take you to test and refuse it will still count as a positive and you cannot apply to any airline at all. Good luck <3
