Group interview, organized. Easy. Be prepared to have a flexible schedule because even if you’re part time, you’ll train full time hours. They make this clear during interview. And also, if offered the job on the spot they immediately drug test you.

Question 1
What precious experience do you have in aviation? I had none, don’t worry :)
We basically had a group interview with four candidates in the room and were presented with the company benefits,Salary,what the job consists of and were asked multiple questions each about previous experience and others
Group interview with questions asked for all of us to answer individually. Interview lasted about 30 minutes followed by background check and drug test and job verification form. Onboarding will take a couple weeks to get official start date
