Group interview of about 20 people in the room. Three questions in total, but for some reason I was only asked two. HR people asking questions felt very robotic and unenthusiastic about being there. No smiles, no emotion in their voice, nothing. Did my absolute best to answer the questions (it was my first group interview so I was a bit more nervous than usual). At the end you are free to ask any questions you want. You are told if you are hired at the end of the session. In the end only four of the twenty people were selected. They still make you pay for parking even with the discounted rate, which is a slap in the face to people who take the time to drive there and call off their day of work to speak with them. The group interview does not allow you to truly express yourself and show off your personality and enthusiasm. It all boils down to having the best answer for the question compared to multiple other people in the room.
