You walk in and all the applicants are socializing. What group you’re surrounded by is the group they’ll take you in to show paperwork, do height and jumpseat test. I’m 5’0 and wore 2.5 in heels and passed that. After that you walk in the conference room where you’ll sit at a table and there will be a paper in front of you that ask questions like willing to relocate, dress code, and on the next page it ask you to write about a time you experienced outstanding customer service and what stood out. After that m you turn it in and then listen to the hour long presentation where you take notes. You’ll have a break then lunch (15 min) they served cookies, chips, and Jimmy John’s sandwiches. When everyone finished lunch they called 5 people to do the group interview. When I was interviewing there was another interview group right next to us so it was kind of loud/distracting. Started out with an icebreaker.. your age, where you’re from, and a fun fact about you. Then we were asked to pick 2 numbers from 1-10 to pick our questions. You’re asked questions based on the order your sitting and once the first question is asked to everyone the last person to answer answers the 2nd question first so they reverse it. The last thing you do is read a flight announcement which is like 7 sentences and then that’s the end of the group interview. We went back to the conference room and then they called us up to tell us that we were good to go but if they tell you that and leave with no CJO you didn’t get it. All CJOs are given in person so that you can do paperwork and drug test!!
