I applied online. I interviewed at Epsilon in Sep 2020
Interview
I applied online and had a phone screen with a recruiter a few weeks later. The recruiter was very kind and understanding of me not remembering certain Java concepts. The decision made was emailed to me the week after the phone screen. It also contained detailed feedback as to why I was not moving forward (unlike many other companies).
