Interview
The interview went for about 30 minutes. Asked me a couple of questions to check on criminal background or other basic questions and post that I was told would get a call which I am still waiting for. The interviewer was kind enough though

Tell me about yourself and other behavioral questions
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
