Great interview process really talks about the day to day tasks that will be done. Also states that the job is hard and not for everyone. it was also .a set of three meeting one they talked about the job then a presentation and lastly they talk about compensation.

It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

The interview was a phone call and was very casual. I asked most of the questions while the person just answered the questions. He said they didn't hire that many interns.
