Interview
Generally discussed the position responsibilities and the role Axa provides to its clients. Nothing too behavioral or on the spot, a very candid and simple interview. My (future boss) explained I would be able to sit in on weekly trainings and sit in on some client meetings. I was able to learn a lot of how the financial services industry works.

It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

The interview was a phone call and was very casual. I asked most of the questions while the person just answered the questions. He said they didn't hire that many interns.
