The interview process is typically a three-part process and flows very well. However, it does seem as if they go for anything. They're just eager to hire someone. Whatever you say, they say "I love that."

It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

The interview was a phone call and was very casual. I asked most of the questions while the person just answered the questions. He said they didn't hire that many interns.
