Disorganized at first, but relatively strait forward. It was a three level process, starting with setting up a phone call, then a video interview, which then ended with an in person last round interview inside the office with a couple employees.

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
