I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Austin, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
Pretty typical interview, not too hard, but they asked out of the box questions. Just be prepared to answer weird questions, and have unique answers. They don't want to you to give something generic. Make sure to bring a lot of questions with you, and don't be afraid to ask anything that isn't quiet the norm (they're certainly not!) just make sure to be as analytical of the position as possible.

Question 1
If your car broke down in the middle of no where and all you had was a rope and one minute left of phone battery what would you do?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Portland, OR) in Apr 2012
Interview
Whole process took a while. Submitted resume and got a call a week or two later (not too bad) for a phone interview. Then about a week later for an in-person interview. A few weeks later asked for another interview. A few weeks later offered the job. I had almost forgotten about them when they offered me the job.
