I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Esri (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
Had applied through University. Was invited for a 30-minute interview. Was asked basic behavioral questions and 2-3 easy technical questions. Most of my friends were just asked behavioral questions and about previous projects. At the end of the interview, was asked to apply online. Was surprised, lol. Haven't heard from them yet, waiting.

Interview
There were 3 interviews in total. They are curious to learn about what you know about GIS, who you are as a person, they ask a lot of the generic job questions asked in interviews, and some role specific questions as well.
