I submitted my application by email and I recieved a response by email two weeks later inviting me for an interview. The interview took place in their offices, lasted 35 minutes and were held in front of a panel of four people. The initial part of the interview was competency based and focused on my skills and experience. Each person asked different sections and they told me at the beginning how the. It was quite straightforward but the questions relating to the area of research were very detailed. In my CV I had specifed that i had some experience in this area but not extensive experience. They want you to really know what ESRI do, their recent projects, what their research is used for.
