I applied through my school’s specific portal and was very quickly contacted for an interview. It’s standard interview questions, but because the volume of applicants is so high and these interviewers are burnt out, you need to have really interesting and atypical answers to stand out and be memorable. You can answer everything perfectly but if it’s not a standout, you will be rejected

The first round involved interviewing with a current associate in one of their tracks and in person. It was a 30 minute interview. If moved on, you would have more focused interviews.

Phone interview with Human Resources Representative prior to face-to-face interview. Interview lasted for a bit less than an hour. Mainly behavioural and motivational questions. A couple of industry questions at the end, but limited.
