Microsoft team interview for three rounds. An opportunity to get to know each other and understand the work position deeper. Meet the team member and get to know more about the company culture. Also, provide them an opportunity to get to know you more. Experience is important but it's not the only criterion. Personality and passion for the industry are good criteria. Meet the hiring manager for more detailed questions. Then meet the team members to talk more about the position. They will ask you questions that often happened in the work situation and see your response.
