I applied online. I interviewed at Estée Lauder Companies
Interview
First talked to internal recruiter to make sure position was a match, then had three interviews, first with your hiring manager and each with a higher position, until I was given an offer. Overall long process but worth it.

Question 1
Very conversational, discussed prior experiences and drawings
The position was poorly described; it turns out I wasn't a good fit. It seemed like they wanted a display designer but they actually wanted a renderer. It seemed like interviewer hadn't really been briefed on the role. I interviewed in person in new York.
They were professional. Nothing memorable
Showed my portfolio and explained what they are about. Introduced peoole at the office. Explained the work culture. I'm in creative so it might have been different than other job at elc
