There were three rounds of interviews with HR, marketing manager and Vice President. The interview was general, they asked general questions about my work history, strengths, weaknesses, and my future goals.

Straightforward. Applied online and contacted via email to set up interview. Took about 2 weeks after applying and then whole process took about 4 weeks to getting an offer. Met with HR first with basic question regarding availability and salary. Then met with hiring manager.
