Eventbrite interview questions

Bad experience. Communication throughout the process was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times across different rounds just to get basic updates. Some of the responses came across as blunt or passive-aggressive. During the panel stage, one interviewer joined six minutes late without notice. She apologized but immediately emphasized having a hard stop, which made the conversation feel rushed from the start. The engagement level was extremely low — no energy, no expression, and no real interaction — which created a noticeably negative tone. At the end of the interview, I was given the impression that I would be moving forward. After following up with the recruiter twice, I was eventually told I wasn’t selected, with no clear feedback available yet. Overall, a disappointing and unprofessional process. Compensation is also way below market for anyone, especially for me being in New York.
