Online application and then you schedule a zoom interview. Up to that point it seemed normal but the interview itself is awkward and mostly you talking to yourself. The “interviewer” cannot give any information about the position or company. They ask generic personality questions. Oh and in the background you just hear multiple “interviews”
happening at the same time. Very unprofessional.
I interviewed at Everlight Solar (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
The interview process was strange, just as other reviews have stated. They organized a 5-minute call with me the day after I submitted my application. I met with a woman who was obviously reading the questions directly from a script. This is not irregular, but the questions were a little silly. She sounded pretty robotic going through the questions.

Question 1
Q: If you had any superpower, what would it be? Or if you could play any position for any sport, what would you play?
Q: Have you read any finance self-help books?
Interview for the internship went well. Explained all aspects about the company and what I would be contributing to the company moving forward. Was able to answer all of my questions regarding the sales day to day process.

Question 1
If I am willing to work door to door throughout the week
Pretty easy I had an online screening and then got a job interview a couple days later. They seemed to be very insistent on you being certain that you wanted the job.
