As others have mentioned, several impersonal, cult-like interviews gave me a weird vibe. They never once asked about my personal experience; it was purely a personality investigation, which felt quite invasive at times. They would turn their video on to prove they were a human, and then it was shut off for the remainder of the interview. Many of the questions felt like I was filling out an assessment to meet with a psychiatrist. Not once was I able to ask a question about the role itself, but they insisted on asking me, "How excited are you about the role?" and "Give me a number from 1 - 10". It felt like a loaded question. I received a notice of denial after completing the psychological evaluation, but after the last call, the feeling was mutual. I wish everyone the best!
