The interview is a process that seems to set up people to get taken advantage of. I felt like I was interviewing for a cult.
Round 1. Math test, number typing test, typing test.
Round 2. 15 minute call, completely scripted with no info on the job, just selling you on the company and a couple questions. The interviewer says hello and shuts off camera.
Round 3. 30 minute call. All personality questions. Finally get comp range in this call. No technical topics. Made a point to talk about how many interviews they do and how selective they are. At the end they want to know how sold you are on working there.
Round 4. Personality test.
Round 5. 1 hour interview with the actual supervisor.
