Phone screen by recruiter. Went over background. Asked typical questions like why do you want to work for Exact Sciences, etc. Then phone screen by hiring manager was next step. They asked typical interview questions as well. Then face to face interview at corporate office.

Phone interview and then had a video interview that was more in-depth. The video interview consisted of behavioral questions that were designed to see how you would respond in certain situations.

Three tier process with screener, hiring manager and finally HR if process takes you there.
Know the products prior to interview as they will ask for them by name.
