Straight forward but everyone seemed to have a different topic they needed to focus on, which I felt took away from time to have more in depth conversations with the hiring manager and team to help drive better decision making.

Submitted resume online. About two to three weeks later received an email to set up phone interview with HR rep. Interview lasted roughly 30 minutes. Interviewer asked some basic questions questions regarding my background. Also asked some behavioral questions.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Exact Sciences (New York, NY)

Interviewer was late and very "matter of fact" about it. Jumped right into standardized interview questions. It was a very "dry" ask question and answer approach. Be prepared to align with various interview styles over the phone.
