This was probably my favorite interview process that I've had in my relatively young career. There was no specific algorithm type portion of the interview which was very unexpected. This doesn't mean that it wasn't technical, it was just more based on specific experience. What technologies/languages I've used for what projects, design decisions of projects etc. It Had me much more comfortable because I didn't have that worry I'd come across an algorithm and have a brain fart and panic when I couldn't solve it right away. Everyone I interviewed with was smart, kind, and kept the interview process comfortable.
It started with a call with the recruiter, then the direct manager for the team I'd be working on, and then a final stage of 5 back to back 30 minute interviews with different senior developers/architects each focusing on one of Exact's core values.
