sat down and was asked a few questions on background and career plans. Interviewer gave a history of the company. Was told direction of the company. Was asked if I was mobile. Was told about some of the basic requirements.

First, a phone interview. Then, in-person. The in-person interview takes a while b/c you meed w/ a few people. Be prepared to answer the routine (strengths/weaknesses) questions and questions about the job u are applying to.
