First you apply online and take a 100+ question job questionnaire. Then the District Training Manager gave me a call for the phone screen (phone interview). Things went well and we set up an in person interview time for a few days later. Interview/tour the property with the District Training Manager, things went well so I was set up with an in person interview with the District Manager a week later. The following week I spent 45 minutes in my interview with the District Manager and I was told they would call me if I was selected since they had more interviews to conduct. The District Manager called me the next day and offered me the position. Then I had to submit background information and also take a drug test. About a week after my interview with the DM, my background info and drug test came back good. HR called me and congratulated me and said that my DM will get in touch with me to set up my start date. The next day I got a call from the District Manager and set up my first day of work for the following Monday. DTM and DM were both extremely nice, very detailed, and communicated great throughout the whole interview process.
